3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item was defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we made an error in your order (e.g., wrong item shipped) or if the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return label.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange request:
